Marketing as Social Director

In 2020, I joined the marketing team at Integrated Engineering, eager to replicate the significant impact that I had achieved at RallySport Direct within another niche and highly segmented market. Upon joining, I immediately took charge of their organic and paid social media campaigns. During my tenure, I grew their overall social media following by 40% in less than two years. Additionally, I expanded their influencer marketing efforts by introducing a tiered structure and clear guidelines, which increased their total influencer reach from 220k to 1.8 million.

One of my most significant accomplishments at Integrated Engineering was elevating their robust and simple paid advertising to new levels. Within the first year, I increased their average ROAS 28% year-over-year with an impressive 12.96:1 ROAS during their 2020 Black Friday Sale. This accounted for one-third of total sales for the week. All while staying under the allocated budget. Through advanced targeting, segmentation, A/B testing, multi-level funnel strategies, and purchase-based road mapping, I drove a 125% increase in sales during the 2022 Summer Sale compared to the previous year, while maintaining a remarkable 12.33 ROAS.

These paid advertising strategies were not limited to sales events; they were also adapted for product releases, software updates, and development progress announcements. As a top tier company in its segment, Integrated Engineering demanded nothing but the best. I consistently delivered by providing expert analytical data and competition research, which were included in reports presented to the company’s owners and managers. Despite the supply chain challenges of 2020, the company’s highly planned and meticulously executed product releases continued to thrive, thanks to its advanced in-house machine shop and manufacturing capabilities.

Speaking of 2020, with that year in the rearview, it was time to bring the community together once again. Leveraging over 12 years of event organizing experience and strong local partnerships, I spearheaded IE Liebefest, the largest event in Utah for this market. The event was a resounding success, drawing over 400 cars, 1,500 people, and numerous local vendors. The parking filled up within the first 30 minutes, a testament to the event’s popularity.
